Easily overlooked on the way to and from the more popular Publico Ristorante, Marcello is actually right next to the lobby of the InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay and a good place to avoid the mainstream flock for a little more peace and quiet.
The cafe’s location isn’t the most accessible, but I think that could work in its favour – for my selfish reasons, anyway.
